David Zalmon Baffsky, LLB, AO (Chairman)
Mr David Baffsky AO was appointed as a Director of Ariadne on 18th March 2008 and Chairman of the Board on 13th January 2009.
Mr Baffsky is Honorary Chairman (formerly Executive Chairman between 1993 and 2008) of Accor Asia Pacific Limited, the largest hotel management company in the Asia Pacific region. He is also the founder of Tourism Asset Holdings Limited, Australia's largest hotel owning company. Mr Baffsky is a Director of the Indigenous Land Corporation (appointed August 1999), a Director of Singapore Airport Terminal Services Limited (appointed May 2008), a Director of Sydney Olympic Park Authority (appointed December 2009), and a Director of Investa Funds Management Limited (appointed October 2010).
Mr Baffsky was appointed to the Audit and Risk Management Committee on 18th March 2008.
Kevin Will Seymour, AM (Deputy Chairman)
Mr Seymour AM was appointed as a Director of Ariadne on 23rd December 1992. Mr Seymour is the Non-Executive Chairman of Watpac Limited (appointed May 1996) and a Director of Tatts Group Limited (appointed October 2006), having previously been a Director of UniTAB Limited (appointed September 2000) prior to its merger with Tattersall's Limited.
Mr Seymour is the Executive Chairman of Seymour Group, one of the largest private property development and investment companies in Queensland and has substantial experience in the equities market in Australia. Mr Seymour also has extensive management and business experience including company restructuring. Mr Seymour holds board positions with several private companies in Australia.
Mr Seymour was previously the Independent Chairman of the Queensland Government and Brisbane City Council's Brisbane Housing Company Limited and Chairman of Briz31 Community TV. He has also served on the Brisbane Lord Mayor's Drugs Taskforce and is an Honorary Ambassador for the City of Brisbane.
Maurice William Loomes, B Comm (Hons), ASIA
Mr Loomes was appointed a Director on 20th May 2004. Mr Loomes is the Non-Executive Chairman of CIC Australia Limited (appointed September 1994) and is a Non-Executive Director of Calliden Group Limited (appointed October 2000).
Mr Loomes was appointed to the Audit and Risk Management Committee on 20th May 2004.
John William Murphy, B Comm, M Comm, CA, FCPA
Mr Murphy was appointed a Director on 6th December 2006. Mr Murphy is the managing Director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity Limited, and serves on the Board of a number of listed companies including the following:

Dr Gary Hilton Weiss, LLB (Hons), LLM, JSD
Dr Weiss was appointed a Director of Ariadne on 28th November 1989. Dr Weiss serves as a Director of the following other listed companies:
