As a consequence of providing technical and management assistance with an organisational restructure and refinancing, Ariadne has acquired a 22% interest in FreshXtend Technologies Corporation (“FreshXtend”), a food life extension technology company listed on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange.
FreshXtend is a leading provider of natural life extension technology to the Fresh Produce and Flower Industry and uses its technological leadership to pursue licensing opportunities in the high growth produce industry. FreshXtend holds the rights to world leading shelf life extension technologies in the fresh produce industry. The Company’s technologies enable shelf life extension for retailers through the application of natural processes.
